Frequently Asked Questions

  • Baie [bè], is a French female noun with a double meaning: berry and bay. “Oh” refers to an alcohol molecule, with the “O” as zero simultaneously evoking the absence of alcohol. “Oh my” subtly hints to the founder’s British origins.

  • We have sourced quality organic wine produced by a family-run château in the heart of Provence where sustainability and preservation of biodiversity are core values.

The rosé is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Marselan & Merlot grapes.

The wine is delicately dealcoholised to 0.0% using state-of-the-art technology (very low-temperature distillation), preserving its characteristics and aromas.

We then add our magic formula to give Le Rosé 0.0% its unique Mediterranean essence.

  • Organic dealcoholised wine, organic rectified concentrated grape must, natural flavours. Preservative: E242

  • Unlike many non-alcoholic wines that have a small amount of alcohol residue <0,5%, Oh my Baie is proud to be fully 0.0% free of alcohol.

  • We suggest serving Le Rosé cold, it’s ideal at 10°C. Serve already chilled or with ice. Try adding a slice of pomelo for that extra Mediterranean feel.

  • Please refer to the best before date on the counter label. Once opened, can be kept refrigerated for 3 days.

  • Our base wine is certified organic. European legislation does not allow for dealcoholised wines to be certified organic, however the European Commission is currently evaluating the possibility.
